CMG was established in April, 2004, an outcome of Dave Gaddis’ entrepreneurial spirit and executive-level business experience that placed him in an industry of independent commercial finance and equipment leasing brokers. In the years since, the company has secured many client, vendor, banking, and consulting relationships. These relationships, more than any business metric, account for the success and well-being that CMG appreciates, today. There are, in fact, more than a dozen lender relationships (banks, commercial lenders, leasing companies, syndicators) that the company can reach out to in order to fulfill a client’s financing need. For every lender relationship, there are permutations of financing facilities available for which a client may qualify to help them meet their business objectives.
In addition to addressing client financing requirements, CMG often responds to requests for assistance to assure that secured funding is utilized most effectively. To expertly answer these questions and provide the necessary strategic guidance, CMG partners with Global Perspective Consulting, LLC. GPC offers a real-world extension of executive coaching and consulting program called Executing Sustainable GrowthSM. I want to put in a link here. This program, among others, is a comprehensive set of processes designed to compel our clients to assess and re-direct their capabilities to meet the requirements of a very dynamic, global marketplace and assure they realize their strategic objectives.
About Dave Gaddis
Dave’s experience is highlighted with almost 30 years of consultative and sales management roles at IBM, 3M and C.R. Bard. His professional career is dominated with responsibilities for driving accelerated services and product revenue growth through effective, consultative initiatives into some of the largest companies and health care institutions in the United States. As regional vice president at Bard, Dave created strategic alignments at the executive level of some of the country’s most notable health care institutions that promoted higher quality patient care, broad measures for cost reduction, and new opportunities for revenue. As a corporate account manager at 3M Health Care, Dave’s consulting expertise helped pioneer field implementation of 3M’s health care quality program at the Detroit operations of Ascension Health, the third largest health care provider in the country. It was with IBM that he was first exposed and successfully leveraged the power of commercial financing. Today, he utilizes this experience to assist businesses manufacturers, distributors, franchisors and franchisees to reach their sales revenue targets through effective implementation of commercial financing initiatives.
